Yes, we can design and manufacture custom motor mounts, special gripping devices, and a variety of other custom items.

What are the torque capacities of the standard arms?

TMAR2 series  -  35 ft/lbs or 47.5 Nm maximum

TMAR4 series  -  100 ft/lbs or 136 Nm maximum

TML2 series  -  20 ft/lbs or 27 Nm maximum

TML4 series  -  100 ft/lbs or 136 Nm maximum

What if my torque is higher than the standard arms?

If you require a higher torque capacity for you application, we can modify our standard arms by reinforcing certain parts.  We will provide you with a complete ANSYS stress analysis. An example would be TMAR4-56 which was reinforced for torquing bolts at 680 ft. lbs. as opposed to 100 ft. lbs. standard capacity.

Can I use my own air motor or power tool?

Yes.  We will bore the motor mount to fit any tool you choose.  If you do not have a tool, we supply high quality ARO brand air motors or any other of your choice.

I want to use a power tool that I have purchased, what do I need to do?

We require that you send the power tool to us so that we may take measurements and make sure it fits securely in the motor mount.

How long is delivery?

We cannot say exactly how long delivery is due to the amount of special applications we receive.  Delivery also depends on if the arm is standard, current stock, and receipt of power tool if you choose to use your own.

What do I do if I have lost or damaged a part and need service or replacement items?

TitanMate Arms are constructed with the highest quality parts.  Though rare, parts can become damaged or lost with use.  We recommend that you call Titan Tool Company, Inc. with the part number of the damaged part.  We will be glad to service or send you a replacement part for your arm.
