Upgrades and Options
At Titan Tool Company we understand that no two industrial applications are exactly alike. That is why we have designed TitanMate to be the most versatile tool support system available on the market today. While intense effort has been expended to make our standard units as versatile as possible, we have also designed a variety of optional packages and upgrades which enable us to supply highly customized equipment with "off the shelf" pricing. Our optional packages allow you to increase:
  • Payload and torque capacities
  • Work radius
  • Apply downward pressure
  • Convert a TitanMate to a "pick and place" unit
  • Supply turn key packages which include power tools, tapping heads, torque control clutches, quick disconnects, stud drivers, etc.
By specifying our HD (Heavy Duty Package), torque and payload capacities can be increased by as much as 500%. If you need a larger work envelope you can increase the work area by as much as 44% by specifying our XL (Extra Long Package). Our DA (Dual Action Package) allows you to apply pressure not only to lift a power tool but also to apply downward force to assist the worker in drilling, screws driving, riveting, and other assembly applications. Our PP (Pick and Place Package) actually converts the TitanMate into a "miniature" crane which can be used for material handling purposes, tool changing, etc.
